Axis Education was created from a shared passion amongst individuals for the ever emerging solar technologies and practices, and the principles to put them into practice. Axis Education is a company founded by today's leading and practicing solar professionals, with one of its co-founders being the president of So-Cal Solar Inc. When asked why Todd Ayers would want to train the competition he simply stated "there is more solar work out there than they he can keep up with and that his main goal is to leave this planet in better shape than it is now for his children". The curriculum that is used by Axis Education was developed by So-Cal Solar Inc. too train staff members and has been continually updated to remain ahead of this growing market. It is a curriculum that has been in development for over a decade with knowledge of information that is generally only shared to large PV installation companies. They feel that their expertise and enthusiasm can be passed on to people willing to venture into exponentially more important and rewarding green career paths.

Todd (Lead Solar Instructor)

Todd is the president of So-Cal Solar Inc. and has been in the solar electric photovoltaic industry for over a decade, with over 10 years of solar PV experience. His combined years of working with solar electricity and construction (roofing and electricial) have provided him the knowledge and experience needed to install PV systems. He holds a valid C-46 (solar) contractors license with the state of California, and directly manages and oversees all of the So-Cal Solar installations on a daily basis.

Xiomara (Lead Sales/Marketing Instructor)

Xiomara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and has been in the solar PV industry for several years. Her work at Yahoo helped her gain insight and experience in online marketing, and she has since sold over 1 mw in solar electric systems as well as developed over 150 marketing campaigns. She has over 10 years of experience in teaching sales training, and has developed numerous training programs for the government.
